THERE IS NO DEMOCRACY IN SUAME NPP- LAWYER DARKO

Lawyer John Darko a leading member of the NPP says he has been denied the opportunity to get forms to contest in the April Parliamentary Primaries.

According to Lawyer John Darkoh all efforts to pick a form to contest in the Suame NPP Parliamentary Primaries have been fruitless.

Lawyer Darko indicated that the democracy that the NPP is noted for cannot be seen in the Suame Constituency as he is being prevented from contesting the sitting Member of Parliament Osei Kyei Mensah-Bonsu.

He noted that if all qualified persons are given the opportunity in the Constituency it would go a long way to strengthened the party.

He said all efforts made to the Executives of the party concerning the absence forms have not yielded any results.

“The rules are very clear; if you come to the constituency and you don’t get it then you go to the region and if you don’t get it at the region then you go to the national level. So the next step for me is to go to the national headquarters,” Mr. Darko noted.
